Code of Practice.
Our Membership of the BHTA
(British Healthcare Trades Association)
As specialists in assistive technology, mobility and orthotics we are proud members of the BHTA.
This means that we are governed by a strict Code of Practice which is the only one in the industry approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
If you would like to see a full copy of the code you can download it here.
What this means for our customers.
Our BHTA membership means that you can purchase from us with the confidence that we will:
Guide you step-by-step through any or all of our products to make sure that they fit both your current and future needs
Always be upfront about the prices for our products and services
Be clear about our Terms & Conditions and a cancellation period (if applicable)
Advise on VAT Exemptions or access to funding wherever we reasonably can
Provide you with an easy and clear way to complain if you are dissatisfied
This Code of Practice is important to us as it reflects our own Company values and reinforces and provides you with that extra knowledge and security.
You will find the BHTA/TSI Logo at the bottom of every page on our website and our membership can be verified by clicking and following the link.
If you would like to know more…
We would suggest reading the following Get Wise guides provided by the BHTA, that will outline what you can expect from us and where to go if you require additional guidance.
