A few of our clients said they would appreciate a little more support or ability to touch base with us about their FES Cycling / FES Functional Training questions. We appreciate that sometimes it doesn’t feel right to reach out to our ‘Support’ because sometimes the question is quite general, or you don’t want to make a fuss.

We can’t emphasise enough how important it is to us that clients get the best use from their devices!
Nobody wants to have their device relegated to a laundry hanger. But look, we know how it is. Life can get in the way, carers change, maybe you were poorly for a while, perhaps you took a long holiday and getting back into it can be a challenge.

That’s Okay.
And that’s exactly what we’ve designed these sessions for!

How It Works

  • Register for an afternoon or evening session and you’ll be sent a meeting link

  • Join the call and one or more of our team will be there to answer your questions

  • Breakout rooms will be created if there are a few people with specific challenges but most of the time we’ll try to share with everyone as it helps to share knowledge

  • If more support or training is required we’ll book a further online or in person session while we’re on the call.

Remember!

It will almost always be easier to have the stimulator in front of you if you want to follow along with us, or you have an error code we need to look at! So please have it with you if you can, and be prepared to connect up if necessary.
